If you don’t know your way around the kitchen, then it’s time to dispel the myths, learn how to cook and build up your confidence.
This is a specially devised day to cover a range of skills. You will cook: Hand Cut Minestrone Soup with Your Own Baked Bread; Wok Seared Pork with Tossed with Black Bean Butter Sauce; Apple Crumble and Proper Custard
Among other things you will develop basic skills: knife skills, how to make fresh bread, methods of cooking: frying, simmering, baking and braising. You’ll also discover some time management and coordination skills.

If you have a special occasion coming up for your family or a very dear friend, may we suggest a memorable gift?
Come and prepare a meal with Brian and then invite your special guests to join you as you present them with your gourmet offering. The menu is your choice but Brian will certainly advise you beforehand. Then turn up on the day along with some willing ‘assistants’ and you’ll set to with Brian’s guidance to create a wonderful meal. Finally you’ll welcome your guests and host a memorable dinner party for them, enjoying the meal you prepared.
The day is designed for up to 6 people preparing food and a total of 10 people dining. Light lunch and refreshments are included during the day for the working team as well as complimentary Champagne on your guest arrival.
